  1. Repeat I am OK. I am Safe.
  2. Slow down your breathing…
  3. Put your hand on your chest/heart to validate you are breathing and are OK
  4. If with another – place your hand on their shoulder, arm, or knee area repeating you are OK – then Breathe 1-2-3 together.
  5. I am here – we are OK.
