Group Sessions at HealWithin

Joining a group can be a profoundly transformative experience, offering a unique path toward healing and personal growth.

Group setting provides a sense of belonging. You connect with others who share similar thoughts, experiences, or struggles in a group. This shared understanding creates a safe and supportive space where you feel accepted and heard without judgment. Knowing you’re not alone in your challenges can be incredibly comforting and empowering.

Being part of a group also brings accountability and motivation. Being surrounded by others committed to growth inspires you to set and achieve personal goals.  You are not alone in your journey. 

Led by Liza Boubari, an award-winning certified clinical hypnotherapist with over twenty years of experience, these sessions are designed to help you heal and grow.

The group sessions are held on the second Monday from 6:00 to 7:30 pm in Glendale, easily accessible from Los Angeles, Burbank, and Pasadena, with plenty of on-street parking.

Each session is $39.00 per person. Please register to confirm your spot. We can’t wait to welcome you!
