Do you still send out Christmas cards to your family and friends? I do, but only to the ones I am not seeing on Christmas day or that week. I love the “idea” of Christmas cards and I remember as a child watching my mom writing the list, most often writing a personal message in each and every one. So I continued the tradition.
For years I used to send birthday cards to my clients and would get calls to thank me for remembering them. Through the years with email and monthly newsletters, I too, like many, stopped sending cards – especially when many moved and cards would return undelivered. Now, its about emailing, Facebook and my favorite, calling many of my repeat clients to personally wish them a happy birthday. I am big on the human connection and touch!
Whatever this time may be for you, one thing that I wish for you is lifting others along the way of your journey to persevere and accomplish visions that most only dream of. It’s about seeking a better life, being connected and relaying the message that “You Matter.”
May the new year fill your heart with love and your home with warmth…bringing you much health, prosperity and renewal. May the good times and treasures of the present become the fondest memories of tomorrow. Whatever is beautiful, whatever is meaningful, whatever brings you happiness. . . May it be yours this holiday season and throughout the coming year.
Wherever you stand, be the soul of that place. -Rumi
