    A couple of days ago, I walked past a cigarette hut and was shocked to see the price of cigarettes. I’m very grateful to Liza and this audio recording for keeping me a non-smoker for the rest of my life. If you really want to no longer have this bad habit, this audio recording, the accompanying workbook, and a few sessions with Liza, and you can be a non-smoker for the rest of your life, too.
