It’s not about making resolutions; it’s about setting intentions. Set goals in small, manageable chunks, by day, by week, or by month.
Make some quiet time for yourself, even if that means getting up before everyone else does.
Write down your intentions: What I do want, what do I want to create, what do I want to look like, how do I want to feel in my body, what do I want to feel like in the next three months?
This is what you need to do for yourself, your inner child, the inner you. Your time is golden.
Cut out what is no longer beneficial for you. If you need me, I will stand by you.
