    I am the chef at The Good Plate, an award-winning recipe site. I love good food. One day, the food got to me and I landed in the hospital, diagnosed with diabetes. I was crestfallen and thought I would be forever in a prison of not being able to enjoy food nor write about it. Not true. Working with this book changed my ideas about food in general.     What a great way to get to have the body that you want, without much effort, without crazy diets, without the ups and downs of a seesaw or yoyo. This workbook helps you look at the emotional eating you are doing, and helps you stop doing that. Lots of great tips to keep you on course so you can drop the weight you want. Highly recommended!
