It’s Spring, time to blossom and to do Spring Cleaning on your self, beliefs and attitude.

If you are still holding onto some old beliefs and conceptions that you’ve missed the boat when it comes to love, career, opportunities, age, mentality, or finance, it’s time to let them go and turn over a new leaf!  Negative self-talk and beliefs are only true if you say they are. In order to manifest whatever you hold yourself back from or fear, you must choose to believe and move forward in life towards what you want and away from what you don’t want.
Spring is a time known for clarity: clarity in love and relationships, work and success, and life in general. It is also known for sunny days and play dates.  Most of us who enjoy the outdoors, camping, or strolls with the kids and dogs are exposed to grass and allergies.

Hypnosis can help not only in delving within your core self to becoming clear of your true highest intentions, it can also help clear your allergies.  Here is a ten step method to clear your allergies and becoming clearer in your intentions and healwithin!   To start with:

-Make yourself comfortable. in a chair or lie down.
-Close your eyes and concentrate on relaxing your body. from head to toe.
-Introduce soothing images into your mind. Visualize trees, clam water, puffy white clouds, pastural scenes.
-Regulate your breathing to simulate that of sleeping person: slow and regular.

1. MY MIND IS IN COMMAND OF MY BODY.  MY MIND CONTROLS ALL OF MY BODILY FUNCTIONS.
Relax and concentrate until you feel as though your entire body is being controlled by your mind’s power. Then continue to number two.

2. I AM FREE OF ALLERGIES. I HAVE NEVER HAD ALLERGIES.
Relax and concentrate for several moments. Then continue to number three.

3. ALL SENSITIVITY IN MY NOSE AND EYES WILL MOVE TO MY SCALP.
Relax and concentrate. Move all of your mental energy to your nose and eyes. As soon as you have total concentration in this area, concentrate on removing that sensitivity from your nose and eyes, up your forehead, and to your scalp. Mentally visualize this movement. As soon as you feel the movement or a tingling sensation in your scalp, imagine 10 fingers massaging your scalp and opening the pores – letting it flow out and away from your scalp – now go to number four.

4. MY MIND IS IN COMMAND OF MY BODY.
Pause and concentrate.
I AM FEELING BETTER THAN I HAVE EVER FELT BEFORE IN MY LIFE.
Pause and concentrate.
I AM FREE OF ALLERGIES. I HAVE NEVER HAD ALLERGIES.
Relax and concentrate for several moments. Then continue to number five.

5. I AM FREE OF ALLERGIES. I HAVE NEVER HAD ALLERGIES.
Relax and concentrate for several moments. Then go to number six.

6. ALL SENSITIVITY IN MY NOSE AND EYES WILL GO TO MY SCALP.
Relax and concentrate. Move all of your mental energy to your nose and eyes.  As soon as you have total concentration in this area, concentrate on removing that sensitivity from your nose and eyes, up your forehead, and to your scalp. Mentally visualize this movement. As soon as you feel the movement or a tingling sensation in your scalp, go to number seven.

7. MY MIND IS IN COMMAND OF MY BODY.
Pause and concentrate.
I AM FEELING BETTER THAN I HAVE EVER FELT BEFORE IN MY LIFE.
Pause and concentrate.
I CHOOSE TO NEVER ACCEPT SINUS ALLERGIES AGAIN.
Pause and concentrate.
MY MIND IS IN CONTROL OF MY BODY.
Relax and concentrate for several moments. Then go to number eight.

8. I AM FREE OF ALLERGIES. I HAVE NEVER HAD ALLERGIES. ALL SENSITIVITY IN MY NOSE AND EYES WILL MOVE TO MY SCALP.
Relax and once again concentrate all of your mental energy to your nose and eyes, and again mentally visualize the movement of sensitivity to your scalp – massaging it out and away.  After you feel the movement or tingling sensation in your scalp go to number nine.

9. MY MIND IS IN TOTAL COMMAND OF MY BODY. WHEN I SAY THE WORD TEN, ALL OF MY MENTAL ENERGY WILL BE CONCENTRATED IN MY NOSE AND EYES. ALL SENSITIVITY IN MY NOSE AND EYES WILL MOVE TO MY SCALP. AFTER I REPEAT THE WORD TEN, I WILL OPEN MY EYES AND FEEL BETTER THAN I HAVE EVER FELT BEFORE IN MY LIFE.
Relax and concentrate for several moments. Then go to number ten.

10. All of your mental energy now is concentrated in your nose and eyes. Mentally visualize the sensitivity as it moves from your nose and eyes to your scalp. When you feel the movement or a tingling in your scalp, hold your concentration there for several moments. Now repeat the word

TEN!

After opening your eyes, you should feel relaxed and refreshed, better than you have ever felt before in your life
