The word ‘March’ brings forth images of marching – like soldiers who march on. ‘Madness’ in itself creates a negative feeling which is associated with being mad or a sense of confusion.  So why do we march on to madness?

I am certain you have heard that negative advertising is still advertising.  Certain words impact in deeper levels of your subconscious mind and create a feeling that advertisers want you to feel.

So – let us create new and better feelings to associate with the same words.

From this day on, let us ‘March Forward’. Each and every time you see the word March- you will automatically think of something like the USC Trojan’s Band marching down the rose parade powerfully playing America the Beautiful… From here you envision what a marching band looks and sounds like. If you have ever played an instrument, you can even hear the sound in your mind.  You may very well be familiar with America the Beautiful and you begin to hum the tune or even sing the words. The moment you hear it you smile, as it may bring you memories of singing it in unison with your elementary school peers.

The word ‘Madness’, often used as being madly in love or to express that sense of inner joy and happy thoughts – the insanely good feeling.

By using the same two words we give them more of a positive spin. Words that may have once had a negative impact now have more of pleasant connection. Your subconscious mind has now created a new image and feeling associated with what was.  Thus – March Madness feels as if you are now ready to march forward to something you love and that can bring you utter joy~

Words are powerful – but more importantly it is YOU that has the power within to shift what is no longer necessary or worthy of you, to something beneficial and beautiful- making you feel good about yourself and the life you want to create.

Lets March Forward towards the beginning of Spring where all things come to bloom and flourish – even your life and career!

Live Purposefully – You Matter.
