Every human being’s utmost and highest desire is to become all that they are capable of becoming. This desire is inherent in us. Success in life is becoming what we want to be. We live for the body, for the mind and for the soul.  None are better or worthier than the other.  We cannot live fully in body without food, shelter and clothing. We cannot live fully in mindwithout knowledge, opportunity, experience and companionship. To live fully in soul, we must have love, hope, and some form of spirituality.

Love finds its most natural expression in gratitude and in giving.  One who has nothing to give cannot extend to fill or enhance another. It is our birthright to fulfill our hearts’ desires, expand our mind, and form healthier bodies.

This season of giving thanks – be grateful to whatever you have, you feel and you are.  Gently peel away all negative and unworthy labels others may have placed upon you or somehow you came to accept.  Become more loving to yourself.

Choose the path to light and loving. “Enlightenment is not a path at all, it’s actually a metaphor for the time it takes for you to allow yourself to be happy with who you already are, where you’re already at, and what you already have – no matter what.

Take time for yourself  – observe all who are in your life and commit in weeding out most, if not all negative people and energies from your life (or as many as possible).  Take responsibility for your actions and surround yourself with Love.

Hum to a tune – allow the vibrations of humming vibrate your inner body, expand your mind, and enlighten your soul. There is no greater service and gratitude than to make the most of Yourself!

So it is.
